Could ADHD Explain What You've Been Seeing?

ADHD in children and adolescents can look like struggling to stay organized, finish tasks, manage emotions, or keep up with everyday expectations. Other times they experience it as losing things frequently, acting before thinking, or having trouble staying focused even when they're trying their best.

You may have wondered whether these challenges are simply part of your child's personality, a phase they'll outgrow, or signs that something else deserves attention. An ADHD Assessment can help separate assumptions from understanding, giving you a clearer picture of how your child learns, thinks, and functions.

Our Virtual Assessment Process

Getting a diagnosis can feel like a big step. Click through the sections below to learn what to expect, and if you have questions, we're happy to talk during a free 15-minute consultation.

We'll discuss your concerns, your child's history, determine if an ADHD assessment is appropriate, and if it is, we’ll discuss the assessment process details.

Parents, and when appropriate, children, teachers, or other caregivers complete secure online questionnaires or exams using evidence-based assessment tools.

Many conditions can look similar to ADHD, so we take time to carefully review interviews, assessment results, developmental history, and behavioral patterns.

We'll review the results together, answer your questions, explain whether your child meets criteria for ADHD or another condition, and discuss their strengths alongside the challenges they're experiencing.

Every assessment includes personalized recommendations, practical next steps, resources, and options for ongoing support from us or referrals. Our goal is that whether or not a diagnosis is made, you'll leave with greater clarity and confidence in moving forward.
